Job Description

This internship is unique as the intern will have the opportunity to work across the Corporate Environmental Sustainability and Corporate Accounting & Reporting Teams supporting the Company's ESG initiatives, specifically Environmental Sustainability.

Corporate Strategy and Environmental Sustainability leads the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. enterprise-wide Environmental Sustainability initiatives, including:


Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reporting across Scopes 1, 2, and 3

Carbon Reduction Strategies

Carbon Neutral by 2035 Goals


Corporate Accounting and Reporting consists of the following teams which support the Company's ESG initiatives:


External Financial Reporting

Corporate Controllership

Technical Accounting


The Corporate ESG internship provides the opportunity to work closely with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s ESG Corporate Controllership and Sustainability teams on environmental related projects and reports. Throughout the experience, there is opportunity for exposure to mentorship and professional development.

Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Researching recent and upcoming ESG related standards and guidance and assisting with the development of executive summaries in addition to conducting peer ESG analysis

Supporting audit processes as well as collaborating cross functionally across the organization with both corporate and business unit teams

Review of external and internal ESG reporting deliverables

Assisting with the drafts of corporate policies over enterprise-wide carbon reporting

Generate ideas for process improvement, automation, efficiency, and other enhancements.


Preferred Qualifications


Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university

Preferred Majors: Accounting, Finance, Environmental Studies, or related fields

Rising Junior or Rising Senior with an anticipated graduation date of December 2023, Spring 2024, December 2024 or Spring 2025.

Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship

Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs

Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program

Recommended GPA: 3.0 (candidates will be evaluated on overall skills, education, and experience)
