POSITION REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE:
Negative 2-step TB (tuberculosis) skin test within the last year
Certified in CPR/First Aid American Heart/Red Cross Approved
Own Vehicle with current Auto Insurance
Driver's License
Social Security or I-9 approved documentation
Must pass a background and a drug test
Qualified applicants will be contacted and a phone interview scheduled.

For new hire employees only
Must already have PCA training, 2-step TB, CPR, Medical Clearance at time of application
Must work 400 hours within four (4) months of hire to be eligible
Must be able to start work within four days of hire
* $500 “Sign-on” Bonus!
– For Caregivers who do not have all of their documentation ready:
For new hire employees only
Earn $250 bonus after working 200 hours
Earn $250 bonus after working 400 hours
Must obtain the required documentation and training within ten (10) days of application
Must work 400 hours within four (4) months of hire to be eligible
