$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
**$500 New Hire Bonus**
If you are a caring and compassionate Caregiver, Home Instead needs you! We are looking for dedicated CAREGivers to join our COVID 19 Support Team. We support clients in their homes throughout NORTH SCOTTSDALE, FOUNTAIN HILLS AND RIO VERDE. Home Instead CAREGivers provide a variety of non-medical services with dedication and passion that allow seniors to remain in their homes and meet the challenges of aging in place with dignity, care and compassion.
Pay dependent on experience, certification and licensure.
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Certified Caregivers, Home Health Aide (HHA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA). or other applicable certifications preferred but not required!
Primary responsibilities:
Companionship and conversation
Client engagement and socialization
Maintain client dignity
Building relationship and trust with clients and families
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation/cooking
Medication and appointment reminders
Alzheimer’s and other dementia care
Personal Care including bathing, toileting, and dressing
Mobility Assistance
Accurately chart and record information using a mobile app or written journal
Treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
Communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
Complete a criminal background check, reference check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
Requirements:
CPR/1st Aid certification
Clear TB Test
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
Clear Background Test
Ability to care for COVID positive clients
Completion of our PAID initial and ongoing COVID 19 training
Company assistance with requirements is available.
PAID required skills training provided by Home Instead Senior Care.
