The candidate will act as the first customer contact when a law firm inquiry has been initiated. In this role, will gather all the relevant information provided by the client and effectively communicate, using pre-established guidelines and peer or attorney feedback, what options nationwide network of attorneys may be able to provide in resolving the issue. Will also be responsible for scheduling consultations, conducting in office consultations and working with our attorneys in devising a plan for each client. Communicate with potential client consistently using various platforms until client retains firm. Quick and effective problem resolution. Accurate assessment and understanding of client's needs. Consistent communication with clients via face to face, email or phone. Customer satisfaction. Continuous training and professional development. Provide world-class service at all times.
