Patent Agent
The candidate will be delivering excellent work and superior service to the organization by providing highly efficient and effective intellectual property support and counseling as part of a growing international patent department. Will be reporting to the Head of Patents Performance Materials US and working out of the hub for the Company’s Semiconductor Business. Preparing, prosecuting, maintaining, and enforcing intellectual property in the US and foreign jurisdictions. Providing consultation to Research and Business partners in complex patent issues, including infringement and patentability. Working with registered patent attorney to ensure freedom to operate for all new products and processes. Assisting in the preparation of business-related agreements (CDAs, MTAs, JDAs and Licenses).
