Responsibilities: Teach courses as assigned at the Hampton or Historic Triangle campuses, online, or at off-campus sites, including day and evening classes. Design, develop and assess curriculum. Serve on departmental and college committees and as an academic advisor. Work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse educational environment. Use high levels of energy, creativity, passion and motivation to design and implement effective teaching and learning practices. Facilitate student learning through in-class and out-of-class activities. Maintain current knowledge in evolution of the paralegal field and trends. Materially participate in the formal ABA accreditation of the existing paralegal program. Promote the program and build student recruitment.
