We are hiring a Digital Engineer I - Performance and Resilience Engineering
to join **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s Resilience Engineering, Reliability, and Quality team. This team is responsible for planning, executing, and reporting a variety of non-functional tests on a wide variety of Digital and Technology related systems. This position is to be focused on improving the performance and resilience of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s digital and technology entities.

Responsibilities:
Develop performance test scripts and test cases according to the identified test scenarios and test objectives that are in line with the Service Level Agreements specified in the Non-Functional requirements.
Determine and document test strategy for existing and new applications including both performance and resilience scenarios.
Perform load tests to validate system performance and stability.
Produce and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) around the testing performed.
Review and analyze tests result and collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to validate defect fixes.
Perform root cause analysis of performance issues and identify corrective measures using data from APM/Log Analysis tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
4 or more years of performance engineering and testing related experience
3 or more years of experience with performance test scripting with tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner
1 or more years experience with performance tuning tools such as Dynatrace or JProfiler
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with common web technologies (HTTP, REST, Web Services, etc.)
Experience with Java/.NET CPU/Memory profiling tools.
Understanding of Resilience Engineering concepts/experiments.
Build and maintain strong collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
