Nurse Intake Specialist - Work at Home
The candidate will Vetting the legal claims of prospective clients. Intaking medical malpractice and nursing home claims. Handle certain aspect of the legal intake process, Resolve problems and handle client’s issues in a professional manner. Data Entry. Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Strong listening and problem solving skills, Good Computer Skills are required. Must have a dedicated work-space without interruptions of loud pets, small children and free of loud background noise. Must have a minimum of 60 Mbps downloads and 30 Mbps upload internet speeds and the ability to directly connect to your device via Ethernet cable. Highly organized with the ability to multi task, learn fast, and work in a virtual team environment while being self-sufficient and able to work with little to no supervision are required. Must have excellent telephone skills and the ability to conduct conversations with empathy and professionalism while maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm with an optimistic attitude. Bilingual is a plus.
