Mid- to Senior-level Corporate Associate
The candidate must have 3+ years of experience to provide legal counsel covering the entire business life cycle to all sizes of publicly traded and privately held companies, individual and institutional investors, family trusts, and other entities. Should have prior experience working on public company deals or financings, and regulatory/reporting work. Should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills are needed.
