Duties: Provide leadership over the development and/or provision of consumer-centric, integrated healthcare to help millions of Humana members achieve their best health. Provide innovative and new perspective to raise the capabilities of our business leaders. Build opportunities in key strategic initiatives and in our healthcare platform to develop and maintain a broad understanding of the integrated healthcare industry. Engage in strategic enterprise thinking. Develop work plans and lead cross functional teams to identify and answer key strategic questions. Develop technical skills including financial modeling and application of strategic frameworks. Provide executive communication of strategic priorities. Communicate effectively with internal and external executive leaders. Establish trusting working relationships across functions. Influence stakeholders across reporting lines. Build a reputation as a trusted thought partner. Manage internal relationships with business stakeholders and external relationships with key business partners. Analyze ambiguous projects to identify sources of competitive differentiation and advantage aligned to Humana strategy. Convert strategy into business cases and projects while prioritizing timelines and ensuring consensus and execution. Use industry, strategic, and financial knowledge to drive value to enterprise and upskill team members. Lead, influence, and mentor subordinates and peers. Occasional domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted.

Requires Masters degree in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related, plus 3 years of experience in healthcare management, healthcare analytics, or a related field.

Requires at least 3 years of demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leadership, translate business acumen into meaningful customer outcomes, and provide innovative

thought that makes a difference in strategic company operations.

Requires at least 1 year in each of the following skills: working in a prior management role with demonstrated leadership over a team and demonstrated influence over cross-functional

teams; performing large-scale data analysis or financial modeling; and measuring decision impacts and projecting results to drive business initiatives.
