Profile

We are seeking a CNA for Facility Staffing to join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care for a facility we assist with staffing in Northfield.
Responsibilities:
Act as a professional representative of BrightStar at the facilities we staff.
Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff.
Assist in the transport of patients throughout building.
Provide companionship and basic care to patients.
Maintain a clean and healthy environment.

Job Requirements
Certified Nursing Assistant on the Minnesota CNA Registry
1 year minimum of hands-on CNA experience (Facility Experience Preferred)
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology
Ability to work well in team
