The candidate will survey potential clients to determine the right fit with the practice while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner. Will collect paperwork and enter data into the case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files. Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow the prospective client base. Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency. Set appointments for potential clients that meet the criteria to keep the lawyers’ schedules organized and grow the caseload.
