The Associate Director, Clinical Offering Management provides guidance and technical assistance to the Offering Management, Customer Research and Technology teams in the design and development of healthcare technology. By analyzing, implementing, and evaluating critical workflows and understanding the patient journey, this role skillfully maps technology, information and communications systems to help to improve patient care, enhance access to care, and strengthen patient-centered Virtual Care solutions. We are seeking clinical leaders with experience in clinical, informatics and health operations domains to help create the differentiated patient & physician experience.

What will you do?
Participate in and/or lead in the strategic direction, feature design, user interaction, requirements, and roadmap of one or more products and solutions as clinical SME
Communicate with current and potential customers on a regular basis to understand their processes and needs – to translate those into product requirements, especially around clinical & clinical informatics elements of the value proposition
Represent the “voice of the customer” internally, using clinical domain experience in guiding product design and development
Partner with internal & external teams to develop appropriate clinical workflows, clinical pathways and associated user experience within the framework of quality & regulatory requirements
Collaborate on overall Virtual Care strategy, roadmap, and alignment with colleagues on the Offering Management team possessing a range of health and technology expertise
Support downstream Marketing activities to translate clinical “voice of the customer” through product positioning, messaging and thought leadership
Understand and advise on relevant industry trends, including new products, regulatory changes, scientific and medical advances and changes in practice
Participate in studies of the impact of Virtual Care solutions on quality, safety, and efficiency metrics
Participate and/or lead clinical claims strategy aligned to the offering roadmap and evidence generation plans in partnership with Medical Office and Quality & Regulatory teams
Participate in the Virtual Care related clinical and informatics professional community and in national and international conferences
Basic Requirements:
Degree in nursing, medicine or clinical informatics related disciplines
8 yrs of experience working in clinical role in provider or healthcare technology companies
Practical clinical experience (doctor, nurse, PA), or practical operational experience in healthcare organizations (quality, safety, care management, care coordination, analytics, etc.)
Demonstrated domain expertise with a clear understanding of clinical workflows and clinical protocols use of information
Previous experience working with healthcare application design at an in-depth level, in industry or with a provider organization
Education in either a health domain or in health informatics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work directly in both team and individual settings, including working directly with customer
