Seeking a self-motivated and organized Behavioral Health Program Development Manager to work in our busy Acute Services division.
The Program Development Manager will work closely with the Vice President of Acute Services on a variety of projects and provide administrative support across the various programs of CCA's Acute Services division. Roles and responsibilities will include:
Coordinating with various departments of CCA, including fiscal and human resources.
Grant writing and program development.
Coordinating with program leadership in the completion of routine reporting, including CCBHC annual and quarterly reports.
Coordination of active contracts and assuring compliance to scope of work and payment schedules.
Networking with outside agencies on a variety of projects and initiatives.
Providing general administrative support to programs across the Acute Services division, as needed.
This position requires strong verbal and written communication. Applicants must demonstrate capacity to multi-task, while remaining detail oriented and focused on timeliness of documentation is critical in this position.

amiliarity and understanding of agency programs and related funding sources preferred. Must be able to work independently and with others to fulfill service agreements and reporting requirements.
Program Development Manager should have experience with budgets and other reporting. Experience with third party billing, excel spreadsheets, grant and contract templating is required.
Education and Licensing Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in human services required. MSW in human services and/or previous experience in an administrative position preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
