You will be responsible for leading a large team delivering best in class digital experiences to our customers on our website. Accountabilities for this position span across software delivery, engineering practices, development frameworks, inclusive leadership, team and organizational design, and pioneering of new ways of working.

Identifying needed skills and capabilities needed on the team, and work to fill those roles by hiring and training an inclusive, diverse team

Understanding funding mechanisms and managing budgets

About The Technology
Our systems are built on, and we look for experience with these technologies:

OpenShift / Kubernetes
Minimum Requirements:
12 years of experience in the software engineering field and an engineering degree or 14 years of equivalent experience
10 years of experience in agile software delivery
8 years of increasing responsibility leading teams
10 years of experience with highly scalable and performant web based software systems
5 years of experience with front-end frameworks (AngularJS, VueJS, React)
