Legal Assistant
The candidate will conduct research to support legal proceedings. Will assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Operational and organizational skills to assist us in scaling up as our client list grows. Expert-level proofreading of outgoing briefs and correspondence. Manage client records, assist with billing, and oversee general office needs. Should have previous experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary (ideally both NYS litigation and corporate experience). Must have familiarity with legal research, organizational software, and maintaining schedules and calendars. Must have tech skills sufficient for E-filing. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Note : This is a temporary position. 20-25 hours per week.
