The candidate will be able to work from home after being trained by the senior attorney for the firm. Due to the covid-19 pandemic, we will be training you remotely. If you work from home, you must have a dedicated workspace with zero background noise of pets, kids etc. Must be able to handle complex cases, high-end clients and draft your own complex martial settlement agreements without needing constant guidance. Paying attention to detail and speed are key characterisitics required. You will be the new lead on your assigned cases. Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar, have at least 2 Family Law trials as lead counsel and able to handle a full caseload of family law cases from start to finish. Excellent computer and writing skills a must. Must possess superior grammar, spelling, and negotiation skills. Please provide salary range requirements to be considered. Must have family law litigation associate with a minimum of five (5) plus years’ experience in Family Law practicing in Florida.
