The clerks are responsible for research and writing on a variety of primarily civil matters, with occasional research and writing focused on criminal matters. Class standing in Top 25% is desired. Law Review/Journal experience is an asset. Preference will be given to those with prior clerking experience, or those with significant legal work experience following graduation from law school.
