Right At Home is seeking to hire a flexible Lead Caregiver to join a dynamic care team. This is an in home care service providing non medical care. We have flexible hours Weekday's, Evening's, and Weekend positions. You can make a difference in your career by helping people stay in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities and Duties: Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):




Must be flexible to work 5 days/week ( INCLUDING EVERY OTHER WEEKEND).
Direct client care either with an assigned caregiver or independently if a caregiver isn't assigned.
Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job. Attends in-service programs to meet compliance requirements.
Introduction of Caregivers to Clients
Caregiver field Supervision
In-home and in-office orientation and training of Caregivers
Qualifications and Skills:




CNA certificate
High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate
at least five years of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities).
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
