Duties: Accountable for ensuring the fulfillment of educational goals and objectives; ensuring program compliance with state Department of Education, accreditation, and KHEC criteria, regulations, and policies; meeting student retention and attendance goals; directing and participating in educational planning; program organization; staffing; training of faculty and staff; evaluating education program faculty, staff and student performance; coordinating intra-departmental activities; motivating and advising students and staff; assisting with developing and maintaining the master schedule and program budget; and generating education department reports.
