Associate General Counsel, Regulatory
The candidate will ensure that internal teams are aware of broker-dealer and other financial services regulatory considerations related to our operations and services, apprised of upcoming policy developments, and engaged with relevant government and industry groups. This role reports to Deputy General Counsel of Regulatory, Litigation and Government Affairs. Serve as a subject matter expert on broker-dealer and other financial services rules and regulations. Lead a team of attorneys that advise cross-functional teams on meeting requirements of new and existing rules and regulations, attaining regulatory approvals and providing legal analysis to inform decisions. Keeping internal stakeholders abreast of important industry developments and potential regulatory changes.
