Program Director, Center for Faculty Advancement
The candidate will report to the Vice Provost for Faculty Engagement and Development. The Program Director will manage and help the organization measure the progress and outcomes of the Center’s programs in three key areas: faculty onboarding; faculty and academic pipeline development; and faculty professional development. This includes coordinating and managing the expansion of the Faculty First Look Program within and beyond university, increasing the scope and effectiveness of university’s university- wide New Faculty Orientation and first year professional development series for incoming junior faculty, and developing systems and structures to promote and maximize faculty engagement in professional and leadership development opportunities offered through the CFA and offerings across university’s Schools, Research Centers, & Institutes. Additionally, the Program Director serves as the Vice Provost's primary administrator to manage and report on the CFA’s budget, develop annual expenditure reports and new budget proposals, and prepare reports for the Vice Provost presentations to senior leadership and other University constituencies.
