The candidate will attend 341 meeting of creditors. Attend Bankruptcy Court hearings. Draft and/or review motions and court pleadings. Assist senior attorney with resolving disputed matters. Meet with clients. Must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing. 1-2 years of bankruptcy law experience is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
