Staff Attorney
The candidate will provide advice, representation and referrals to students in a variety of legal matters including, but not limited to: criminal summary and misdemeanor offenses, landlord-tenant disputes, contract issues and consumer issues. Representation will generally only be provided within Centre County. Typically requires a J.D. or LL.B. Degree from an ABA-accredited law school, 0 years of related experience, and licensure to practice law in Pennsylvania. Two or more years of related experience preferred. Criminal law, civil litigation, business law, or immigration law experience is a plus.
