Immediate opening as a result of current Controller moving out of the area. Responsibilities for supervising office staff of 12-14, with payroll for all location in excess of 150 employees and annual sales over $100 million. This store has been on Reynolds & Reynolds for years and will be switching over to ADP. Past experience in doing such a large scale conversion would be a real plus. Long time owner with great integrity and financially sound. Total of 9 financial statements done monthly with a number of management reports done using M/S Excel and Word. This is a hands on positions and knowledge of the duties of every desk will be essential. Minimum 10 years previous experience in a large, busy automotive dealership required. Must be 100% up to date on state and federal employment laws, workers comp, OSHA, etc. This position reports directly to the owner. Will need excellent references, able to pass drug test and background check including credit history. Handling finances of this scale requires the ultimate in trust. CALL NOW!
