The candidate will provide timely and detailed feedback on a weekly basis and offer student support via classroom, phone, and email. Will perform other duties as assigned or apparent. Should have a J.D. degree from a regionally accredited institution. Should have a Certificate of Good Standing from the State Bar or highest court of the state indicating active status (unless inactivity is due to judgeship) with eligibility to practice law OR have copy of the State Bar web site with current licensure status of active (unless inactivity is due to judgeship) and eligible to practice. Doctorate in Law degree from a regionally accredited institution is preferred. Demonstrated expertise through related professional presentations or publications, and scholarship is desired.
