Clinical Fellow, Environmental Law & Policy Clinic
The fellow will work with the Clinic Director and staff attorneys on a broad array of environmental and natural resource cases and projects and assist with the supervision of the students working in the clinic. Will help to develop novel strategies for addressing environmental problems; investigate new cases; advise clients; work with scientific, economic, and policy experts; build and review administrative records; draft briefs, comments on proposed rules, and policy papers; and work on legislation and congressional testimony. Will include: investigating and developing new clinic projects; conducting legal research; drafting, reviewing, and editing case and project documents; supporting litigation in state and federal court and before administrative agencies; and helping to develop teaching and training materials. Will be part of the intellectual community at Harvard Law School and will have opportunities to attend workshops and conferences.
