Job Summary

The Voice Entertainment Product Team is looking for an entrepreneurial, data driven, customer-focused, and strategic Product Manager to join our team! This role will require a trailblazer who thrives in ambiguity, pinpoints opportunities and acts swiftly on them. You will work in a cross-functional capacity in guiding products from idea to launch by connecting the technical and customer needs together. You break down difficult problems into concrete steps. The role will require a leader who operates strategically and tactically on a day to day basis. You are able to dive deep and uncover customer insight through both quantitative and qualitative methods. You are strategic and tactical constantly prioritizing in a fast-pace environment. The model applicant is willing to roll up their sleeves to achieve their vision and has a passion for voice and natural language processing products that empower and simplify the lives of our customers.

Job Description

Our mission is for voice to be the primary way customers interact with our streaming services. Responsibilities


Help make Voice a key component of our global streaming platforms.

Build the vision, strategy, and roadmap and identify big bets that **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. should participate in to drive engagement with our Voice products

Work closely with app partners and our analytics to explore how to best service customers searching for streaming content across our various platforms

Drive product development alongside world-class engineers, researchers, and designers

Outline and analyze key results that define the success of our products

Keep up with innovations across the wider AI and Voice community and identify new opportunities

Incorporate market analysis, customer research and usability findings into requirements

Develop product use cases and supporting documentation

Excellent communication skills


Qualifications


4 years working in a Product Management role, or relevant senior level experience in e-commerce, marketing, business management/consulting, finance, and or operations

BA or equivalent work experience

Superior verbal communication skills, proven ability to influence others in a cross-functional role

Ability to drive metrics and key results to ensure continuous improvement

Experience managing multiple projects at once and prioritizing simultaneously

Experience interpreting data and making recommendations

Experience with MS Office: Word and Excel

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Exceptional analytical skills
