Cyber and Professional Liability Claims Leader
The candidate will help empower results for clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting risk. Will report directly to the Senior Vice President and E&O/Cyber Insurance Product Leader. Drive and develop claims data and analytics Cyber Solutions Brokerage mission by taking ownership of this role and assist in building out how the claims team will function. Advocate for the insureds and help build out our practice. Coordinate with the Financial Services Group (FSG) Claims team and leverage the FSG Claims infrastructure for both claims administration and to build out a dedicated Cyber and Professional Liability claims team. Collaborate with Company Global Claims including FSG as well as Company Global Risk Consulting (AGRC) on Cyber claims in general and specific to Business Interruption, Property Damage and Products Liability. Provide RFP and sales support to drive complex claims advocacy as a key component of our Cyber Solutions brokerage value proposition. Participate on the Cyber Solutions Brokerage policy committee. Collaborate with the US Commercial Risk Property team to align Cyber messaging specific to Business Interruption, Property Damage and Products Liability. Drive and develop claims data and analytics Cyber Solutions Brokerage mission. Oversee claims coordination with broader Cyber Solutions reactive and proactive capabilities. Lead Cyber/Professional Liability complex claims and advocate for significant recoveries ($200M+). Manage the 1000+ Cyber/Professional Liability claims filed on an annual basis with the support of FSG Claims. Provide sales support for key Cyber Solutions Brokerage wins annually. Increase Digital Forensic Incident Response opportunities for Cyber Solutions to 15% of total claims noticed (currently 4%). Juris Doctorate and Bachelor’s Degrees.
