Job Details for Customer Support Specialist:
Multiple Schedule Options: Sunday-Thursday, Tuesday-Saturday or weekend shift Friday-Monday
Flexible start times:
1st Shift: start between 5:00AM and 6:00AM
2nd Shift: start between 1:00PM and 3:00PM; end between 9:30PM and 11:30PM
Pay Rate: $19.50

Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Support Specialist:
Provide customer support to patients
Assist with product warranty issues
Complete basic troubleshooting
Dispatch sales/services representatives as needed
Job Requirements for Customer Support Specialist:
2-year degree or higher is required
Clinical certificates or degrees are a plus (i.e. CNA, EMT, LPN, RN or related fields)
2 years of customer support or related experience (call center, customer service representative, dispatch, sales, technical support)
Strong attention to detail
Vaccination for Covid-19 is required for employment
