Responsibilities
As a Humana pharmacist, your practice can take on many roles. We have exciting career opportunities in several areas, including Clinical Services. As a pharmacist on the Clinical Services team, you will practice pharmacy as though you are at a virtual pharmacy counter. This is a Clinical call center environment. Tasks include:
Interact with Humana Pharmacy patients via the telephone.
Provide counseling and advice.
Research patient concerns.
Facilitate positive service and pharmaceutical outcomes.
Starting shift available:
Ohio
: 8 hour shift, M-F 2:30 - 11:00PM. EST | Every 4th Saturday 10AM-6:30PM EST, Closed Sundays
Florida
: 8 hour shift, M-F 2:30 - 11:00PM. EST | Every 4th Saturday 8AM-4:30PM EST, Closed Sundays
Texas
:8 hour shift, M-F 1:30 - 10:00PM. CST | Every 4th Saturday 9AM-5:30PM CST, Closed Sundays
Arizona
:8 hour shift, M-F 12:30 - 9:00PM. AZT | Every 4th Saturday 8AM-4:30PM AZT, Closed Sundays

Required Qualifications
Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
Licensed as a PHARMACIST in the state of OHIO, ARIZONA, TEXAS OR FLORIDA and must reside in the state licensed.
Ability to participate in Federal prescription programs.
Self-directed, but also able to work well in a group.
Ability to solve problems and encourage others in collaborative problem solving.
Work ethic that is focused, accurate, and highly productive.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient with computers.
Preferred Qualifications
PharmD
3 plus years' experience in a high volume community or mail order pharmacy practice environment
Additional Information
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
