The candidate will support the LTRS in various stages of sustainment supporting Space Force. You will provide Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) support for various instrumentation systems with a focus on design, development, modification, evaluation, and implementation of new and existing systems, and work closely with the Launch and Test Range System (LTRS) cross-functional teams to recommend and identify technologies and solutions that improve the acquisition processes and the modernization of the Launch Ranges to support a substantial increase in commercial, civilian, and DoD launch services.This is a fast-paced and highly challenging position. Candidates are expected to have the ability provide full life cycle system and network administration, sustainment, and engineering services to ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of the mobile optics capability.  This position is located at Vandenberg Space Force Base.Duties will include:•    Analyze network designs and propose configuration changes to optimize reliability and performance•    Develop new and modified network designs to support new capabilities•    Document as-is network configurations and changes as they occur•    Configure networks to support multi-cast IP video streaming•    Install COTS / GOTS software and hardware on systems and configure system settings for proper operation•    Maintain, operate, and configure vulnerability and compliance scanners including classified and unclassified stand-alone ACAS•    Regular partnership with the government customer on the engineering, deployment, and integration of solutions to support the mission•    Review and assess contractor designs, artifacts and provide feedback on potential alternative system design approaches that adhere to mission requirements, policies, and strategies•    Support technical meetings and government-led studies, assess technical baselines •    BA/BS degree in Computer Science OR related field OR equivalent work experience•    3 years of specific experience in IT and Networking•    Hands-on experience in network administration, operation, and design•    Experience with Cisco products including routers, switches, firewalls•    Ability to work as an individual contributor•    Ability to attain DoD SECRET Clearance•    DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification•    Strong written and verbal communication skills•    Strong problem-solving skills•    ABILITY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A DOD SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE FOR WHICH, YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN•    Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)•    Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA)•    DoD 8570 IAT Level III, IASAE Level II / III, CSSP Analyst / Infrastructure Support•    Current DoD SECRET clearance#LI-AH1 **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. has been delivering engineering, science, and advanced technology solutions to complex priority programs since 1969.**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. operates in the aerospace, avionics, national security, rail, and cyber sectors. **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is a small business with 721 employees strong where our Mission Systems Group (MSG) makes up two-thirds of the company.
