Copy editing review and keyword optimization

Profile

Copy editing, review and keyword optimization
Hi, I am looking for a copywriter who can edit, and optimize my articles for keyword searches. The intended audience is a medium audience with an 8th grade plus reading level most likely.
Ideally, each article review would include an overview of the keywords &hashtags that were used in the optimization.
I plan to create about 3 articles a week and would ideally have a 1-2 day turn around for any editing.
An example of below
In any quote can you please give an example of your writing, as well as your ideal rate and how long you would estimate the following article to take to edit?
