Driving growth and faster business outcomes through IT
Accelerating the adoption of Pure as-a-Service (PaaS) - the solution that makes our existing products available as a service for our customers
Senior NetSuite Architect, IT ERP Applications
We are seeking a strong solutions architect with proven NetSuite financials and SCM experience. You will assist in developing the IT roadmap, drive solution definition, overseeing its execution to SMART goals working closely with Finance and Supply Chain business stakeholders.
This critical role will report to the Senior Director, IT ERP Applications.
What will you do?
Provide technology solutions to support **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s Finance and Supply Chain operations.
Act as a subject matter expert and sounding board to business partners in the development of IT solutions
Be able to identify opportunities for system improvements working both with business partners and IT teams
Hands on with business requirements analysis and solution design
Provide technical and functional guidance and oversight to team members
Create a team environment where members embrace change, adopt new practices, think systematically and analytically and mature their communication skills as a result of leadership/influence, positive approach to problem solving and understanding of the business and technical challenges.
Build rapport, credibility and cohesion across all business, operational and technology teams. Maintain strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, evidenced by the ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence.
What you bring to the team
A credible architect and innovative and creative thinker with broad technical and functional expertise you are able to partner with the Pure Finance and Supply Chain teams to achieve desired business outcomes.
Your deep domain expertise in ERP will add value as we undertake transformational projects to modernize and innovate our solutions.
Desired qualifications
5 years of experience with NetSuite as solutions architect or implementation lead in finance and / or SCM area
Strong high tech background with 10 years of professional experience in all phases of application design, development, testing , implementation and maintenance
Good understanding of the Subscription Services business model
Experienced with Agile methodology and tools
Experience with NetSuite and/or SAP highly desirable
Experience with cross-functional senior stakeholder management
Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with heavy emphasis on teamwork
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization internally and externally
Team player who brings a sense of positive energy and the ability to influence, inspire and motivate cross-functional partners across the organization
BS/BA, and MBA preferred
