The Head of Cyber Governance will report to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and will be a leader on the Enterprise Cybersecurity Leadership Team. The candidate will be responsible for Cyber Metrics & Measurement, Policies/Procedures, Cyber vigilance education and awareness, and the Cyber Management Office which includes enabling a well-managed Cybersecurity organization. The candidate will lead a team of employees, contractors, and third party partners and will be responsible for executing work in matrixed teams.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead highly diverse, time sensitive and often complex projects, activities
Establish strategy for Cyber Governance function
Directly contribute to the Enterprise-wide Cybersecurity strategy
Ensure appropriate industry collaboration occurs via appropriate Cybersecurity team
Enhance and maintain a cybersecurity communications and awareness strategy
Measure and report on operational excellence across the organization (ex: system availability, performance against SLAs (Service Level Agreement))
Create a robust metrics program that includes Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) that will be reported to the department, IT Leadership Team, BMS Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors
Govern financial management of the Cybersecurity organization


Key Competencies:


10 years in a risk management discipline
5 years of experience with managing employees
Experience in leading matrix team is desirable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required
Growth mindset - Proactive at keeping current with advances in cybersecurity
Cybersecurity experience a plus
