Do you have experience working closely with development and QA teams to manage environments and configure/deploy software throughout a full development lifecycle (DIT, SIT, UAT, PERF, PROD)? If so, please describe that work in detail.

(WISE, VBscript, JavaScript, Powershell)? If so, please describe that experience and detail how the scripts were used.

Do you have experience installing
troubleshooting and configuring websites, app pools, and web services within IIS 6 or later? If so, please describe that experience in detail.

Systems Engineer
This person will be part of the Production Operations team. The team's primary responsibility is production support of the applications and environments servicing the Personal and Workplace Investing business and financial representatives. The team supports applications across thousands of workstations and hundreds of servers. This position may include an of the following: incident management, change management, application and environment configuration, application deployment, problem resolution, and project management. Some support activities and implementations will be after hours or on the weekends as needed. The successful candidate will also participate in the teams' on-call rotation providing off hours support.
Primary Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot Windows server and desktop application issues
Build, script, and configure Windows desktop application installations
Rollout new application code/builds in various production and non production environments
Coordinate various different server related initiatives
Perform production on call support on rotational bases
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with Windows server administration and desktop support
Excellent communication skills
Skills and Knowledge:
Overall Microsoft Application knowledge
Windows XP, Windows 7
Active Directory
Windows 2003, 2008 server and IIS 6.0/7.0
3DNS and BIGIP
Microsoft SCCM Deployment server and Notification Server experience a plus
Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V), Citrix, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI/HVD)
Scripting experience (WISE, Command Line, Powershell)
Repliweb Deployment experience helpful
Overall troubleshooting support background required
Network administration background helpful
Linux/Unix/WebSphere experience a plus
General knowledge of Microsoft development methodologies such as Visual Basic, .NET, and WSDL a plus
