Duties: Lead a team of HR professionals on site in support of HR Shared Services operations. Oversee hiring, training and evaluating staff. Actively engage in creative problem solving, conflict resolution, coaching and staff development. Motivate team performance and group commitment to goals and objectives. Use data analytics to measure and improve transactional efficiencies and customer service. Develop and implement strategic plans for the HR Shared Services Center. Establish service level objectives and identify additional offerings, department needs or opportunities for improvement. Produce and present comprehensive reporting illustrating performance. Administer University policies, plans and programs in accordance with design specifications. Ensure compliance with employment and benefit laws and regulations, collaborating with other HR leaders and legal counsel to implement necessary changes. Research, coordinate and manage HR records retention strategy.
