Duties: Reports to the Senior Associate Vice Chancellor for Research. Building upon existing compliance practices implemented by the Office of Research Integrity and Compliance, the Director of Export Control and Research Compliance has primary responsibility for the development, implementation, and management of an enterprise-wide export control compliance program ECU and providing training and advice to the administration, employees, and students regarding export matters. Address all applicable export control laws, regulations, and requirements, including, EAR, ITAR, and the Foreign Assets Control Regulations.
