Duties: Provides an opportunity to play an integral role in the future of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., during a time of growth and change. Reporting to the Vice President for Human and Organizational Development/CHRO, the Director of Human Resources provides innovative leadership for the administration, direction, planning and management of a comprehensive Human Resources program, including recruitment, employment, benefits, employee relations, legal compliance, interpretation, application and collaborative development of human resources policies and guidelines, salary administration, health and safety, performance management, training and development, payroll services, human resources and payroll systems, and records management. Provides both oversight and hands on responsibility for the daily operations and delivery of these services. Administers employee benefits and benefit plans, is directly responsible for recruitment and selection of staff personnel, and works collaboratively with the Dean of Faculty to oversee faculty recruitment, employment and other HR functions for faculty. Provides direct support for employee relations and implementation of organizational development programs.
