Responsibilities of Collections Lead Job in Oklahoma:
Oversee employees within the collections department in order to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner.
Contact customers via email and phone calls to collect on delinquent accounts
Receive and post payments
Reconcile to ensure customer portals and accounting system reflect the same information
Reconcile AR reports to the general ledger
Month end closing duties
Qualifications of Collections Specialist Job in Oklahoma City:
2 years, of residential and commercial collections experience
Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel)
