Mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate

Profile

Seeking Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation, including fact development, research and analysis, fact and expert discovery, defending and taking depositions, motion practice, brief writing, and trial preparation and trial. Candidate will represents a broad range of retail, e-commerce, and hospitality companies. Work includes consumer class actions, complex business disputes, fraud and business torts, and advertising compliance issues. Admission to the California bar required. Experience with UCL, FAL, and CLRA is a plus. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a track record of academic and professional excellence, the ability to perform insightful research and analysis, persuasive writing abilities, excellent project management skills, and an interest in creative business development.
