Education/Certificates:
BS in Business or Computer Science preferred but experience in a similar role will be considered

Experience:
Candidate should have 5 years prior experience and track record in Product Management, New Product Introduction, beta tests, product life cycle management and selecting highly successful options to drive best practices and better technology at the property level
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SharePoint and cloud-based applications
Knowledge of Yardi software platform including Voyager, Property Management, Rent Café, Rent Café CRM, Screening, and Online Leasing
Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday) preferred

Project Management experience
Experience with a variety of PM technology in our space
Experience in building and delivering a business case study to an advisory committee

Ability to analyze methods, procedures, and jobs to secure maximum efficiency within the operation platform
Experience in developing and maintaining User groups that are focused on the customer and user experience
Essential Duties:
Serve as a project leader, team lead, or subject matter expert on company software
Maintain collaborative relationships with the IT and Project Management teams
Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors and challenge them to deliver world-class service
Partner with the subject matter experts from key departments including Operations, Training, Marketing, Revenue Management, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction Accounting, Human Resources, and Business Intelligence departments
Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to maintain data integrity within the software systems, third-party integrations, and delivery of data into the Business Intelligence Platform. Assist the Business Intelligence team to map data to meet reporting requirements
Ensure that vendors are meeting contractual obligations and Service Level Agreements
Lead the contract and price negotiation process
Meet with the vendors on a regular basis to maintain a positive relationship and support structure to achieve strategic initiatives and swift issue resolution
Identify and implement opportunities to improve the end-user experience and/or system processes
Support property management in their quest to find new desirable, viable, and feasible business opportunities that could deliver business value and results
Through strong leadership, this role will be accountable for enhancing and improving property and platform innovation by researching, testing, and implementing improved Yardi functions along with new products
This role works across the spectrum of the product lifecycle, improving existing products in addition to development of new capabilities
Responsible for working with IT on the strategy, priority setting, execution, and delivery of property management software
