Profile

Mid-Level IT Project Manager for our Client in the financial services and banking industry.
This position will be located in McLean, VA.
Need someone with the coordination skills of a seasoned executive admin, the smooth presentation skills of a recruiter, and the speaking ability of a very persuasive salesperson.
It is a merge of PM and coordinator skills.
We need someone very organized willing to reach out across the enterprise to arrange for building access and security escorts that will work with infrastructure teams on change controls.
These change controls start at 8:00 pm and can last up to 8 hours.
We handle late-night change controls up to three times a week.
We seek a senior coordinator with project management skills.
We need someone with a personality willing to reach out to people they don't know.
Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Project, and PowerPoint, are required.
The candidiate must be able to coordinate multiple tasks and associated details to be successful.
What experience woud you like this person to havey Experience with infrastructure and software migration would be a beneficial.
Will this person be expected to travely If so how often, to which locations, and whyy Less than 10%.
Local travel to Richmond may sometimes be required for team meetings (shuttle).
