Director, Advisory Technical Consulting
Duties: Responsible with expanding, streamlining, and operationalizing some of the key Advisory areas of focus related to Information Governance and eDiscovery, including, data migration, scripting and automation, customized product development, and enterprise software deployments. Mapping existing offerings and staff, understanding our existing and prospective clients, enhancing and expanding offerings to meet market demand, as well as developing the team to support these objectives. Work closely with many teams across: Advisory (Forensics, Consulting, and Business Operations); Service Delivery; Marketing (inside sales, product marketing, and marketing); Sales; and our Channel sales organizations. Be a subject matter expert in eDiscovery operations and technology in order to translate those concepts to direct implementation for our clients, integrate with downstream eDiscovery practice, and align with other Advisory practices and offerings. Responsible for the full-service offering lifecycle (from envisioning the offering though execution), as well as leading the team supporting these efforts.
