Detailed skilled needed due to contracting and funding of loans responsibilities. Capable and responsible to handle financing duties: deploy money to clients. Very good at documenting conversations. Must have strong leadership skills. Should have knowledge of personal injury and/or worker's compensation injury. Understands these concepts: policy limits, injuries, pre-existing conditions, pre-litigation, litigation, demand letters, settlements, liability, pre-settlement financing, interest as it pertains to loans, property damage, medical bills.
