OverviewnSet-up, adjust and operate CNC, laser with instructions.  Set, align and secure safety devices.  Set and adjust feeds and cycle through operation to ensure proper operation.  Many make minor adjustments to programs as authorized. n nThis is a 2nd shift, alternating work schedule:n           * One week will work 4 days p/weekn           * Next week will work 3 days p/weekn n**Shift hours are 6pm - 6am**n n**2nd shift premium = $1.00 p/hr.**n**$1,000 Sign-on Bonus**n**Paid Vacation upon hire, Benefits after 30 days**n n nResponsibilitiesnESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.nn Reads job order to determine machine programming requirementsn Sets up machine parameters and power settingsn Calls up part number from computer to program machinen Puts steel into machine to cut partn Checks to print using various measuring devices to determine accuracy of partn Performs beam path alignments as neededn Performs routine machine maintenancen Performs simple laser programmingn Troubleshoots problems and adjusts machine as necessary to correctn Schedules machine maintenance with Maintenance DepartmentnnQualificationsnMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSnn High School Diploma or GEDn Two to Three years' related work experience and/or computer (TRUMPT, BLM, CNC) trainingn Ability to read blueprintsn Ability to measure equipment such as vernier, micrometer, etc.n Proficient in computer skillsn Must be eligible to work in the United Statesn
