Community Home Health Care is seeking caring and compassionate Caregivers to help us in our mission to
Care For Our Community.
We have a variety of assignments available in private homes and Group Home settings. You will be responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to:
Personal Care
(assistance with bathing, dressing, shaving, feeding)
Companion Care
(One-on-one emotional support, engaging conversation and transportation assistance)
Homemaking
(light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, errands)
Openings on day shift and evening shift
Full time and Part time hours available
Flexible scheduling - work as many or as few hours as you wish!
Job Requirements
Home Health Aide/CNA Certification (required for personal care)
Experience in hospice, home health, or related field a plus!
Criminal background check/Drug test required
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a reliable transportation
Positive and patient demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A caring heart
