The candidate will report To Dean, School of Business Administration. Will teach during the day, and possibly an evening, one or both of the courses listed below in the Fall 2018 semester. Business Law I (LA248) This course focuses on the rights and relationships, involved in the law of contracts, sales and agencies, (including the U.C.C.), product liabilities, negotiable instruments and priced transactions. Juris Doctorate Degree with business law on legal courses at an institution of higher education is preferred.
