Assistant Professor – Law and Society
The candidate will be part of a new and rapidly growing Law and Society major, with 600+ students. In addition to having an active research agenda in law and society (preferably as a member of the Law and Society Association), will bring enthusiasm and commitment to teaching and curriculum development. Area of research focus is open, will be expected to develop an undergraduate course that diversifies existing areas of faculty expertise. Will teach the Senior Research Colloquium in addition to other needed courses in the program (Introduction to Law and Society, Research Methods in Law and Society) and courses developed in the applicant’s area of specialty. Will also advise students.
