Create a basic Electron VS project with React/Typescript/C#/dotnet stack
Stub-out a basic Electron application with the following requirements:
1. Front end must use use Typescript language, and React framework.
2. A single instance of Visual Studio 2019 is the only IDE necessary to run, develop, and debug this application.
3. there must be an npm item in the solution explorer (so we can use VS to install and manage npm packages)
[login to view URL] back end should use C# (dotnet if necessary, but even better if you can keep it simple), and your demo application should demonstrate making async requests from the front end to the back end, with JSON used as the interchange format. The WeatherApp code we often see in samples is fine.
5. Typescript breakpoints must work naturally.
6. C# breakpoints must work naturally (should not need to use attach to process for example)
7. The goal of this exercise is to produce a distributable application, so building of the Electron app must work normally.
8. When running the project, we should see an Electron app, and ONLY an Electron app (if a browser page opens, then something is wrong).
9. Pressing F5 must launch the project
You must have a github account, and you will create a PR against an empty repo I have prepared.
The name of this project is buddy.
Thats it! Good luck.
